We are happy to advise that all our toys pass the necessary Australian  and International Standards for childrens products : EN71 (European Standards), ASTM (American Standards), AS/NZS ISO 8124 parts 1 and 3 (Australian and New Zealand Standards). Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD). They include GST and Insurance.

All items purchased On-line through the E-shop can only be paid for through Paypal. If however you do not have a Paypal account, we accept the following payment methods:  

• Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard, with transaction completed over the phone for security)

Returns Policy

If goods are faulty in any way, we are happy to exchange the item in question or provide a credit note. Please notify us within 24hrs of delivery.

Postage Policy

We employ the services of either Australia Post or a Courier Company to deliver the goods to you. All items are insured and registered.

Please note that the Shipping Costs in the E-Shop are based on shipping to Metropolitan areas only. If you are unsure as to whether the delivery address for your order fits this criteria, please email us the postcode so we can provide you with the correct delivery price.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, the Insurance Policy requires that notificaton be made within 24hrs of delivery so that a claim can be submitted.
